Pitches needed for InStyle
I'm tired. I'll be brief.
I’m in the midst of what they’ve been referring to as the 100-day cough (that creepy hacking cough everyone in New York seems to have right now(…and forever). I digress.
As I figure out how I’m going to structure this Substack, I thought I’d put out a quick call for pitches.
You may recall that I do single product reviews for InStyle. Many are beauty or skincare products, some (lots) are for comfy shoes or slippers. This is the most popular one I’ve written to date and in a delightful turn of events, has gotten me loads of lovely feedback emails. Go figure!
Moving right along. I’m looking for product pitches for spring into summer. Trending products are always a good idea. Those with a zillion reviews on Amazon are definitely a plus. And your client or product must be affiliate-friendly. I’m looking for beauty/skincare/haircare/perfume and shoes, slippers, cute accessories or any lifestyle product that is extremely popular right now. Beauty tools and gadgets? Bring it! I’m also happy to hear random pitches for my other outlets which currently include Aish, Readers Digest, People, AARP, the Costco Connection and some others. And we’re finally (finally!) hoping to officially launch The Kumzits as a Jewish news newsletter in the coming months.
